Knowing what’s healthy and not, becomes vital and important to our health as we age. Metabolism slows down with age, knowing what your body can process healthily with benefits becomes our responsibilities to know and choice to make.
Most times we take our health for granted. I have heard many say, ‘let me eat whatever i want, i have only one life to live’
Well, not saying one is not allowed to make theirr choices, but just remeber it comes to a period in life that your wants come secondary, especially when you become a parent.
Understanding and seeing beyond you to the people you are responsible for should be your guard light to making healthy choices in what you eat and drink from day to day.
Be aware the bad choice of food or drinks you eat a day is not what will progress to poor health tomorrow, no, rather the damage of eating wrong is progressive.

Don’t do it for you, do it for your children, every time as a father you drink  alcohol on daily basis, you smoke and eat all kinds of unhealthy food, know this, you just might be preparing to deprive your off spring of  their natural right to you.
Heart  disease is one of the most common affliction of African men. Heart disease is a silent killer and one major contributing reason to this diseases is consumption of red meat.
The dangers of red meat to our health as we grow older cannot be over stated enough! Red meat is dangerous to our health as we age.
There are many healthy substitute to red meat, you might not like them, but find a way around it. White meat like chicken are healthy choices.
Fish is one healthy choice we should all strive to incorporate into our daily diet.
